Technology, Internet and Politics Panel Streams at the PSA’s 2022 Conference

The PSA Technology, Internet, and Policy Group (TIP) invites members to join us our inaugural Technology, Internet, and Policy panel streams at the PSA Annual International Conference 2022.

The theme of the conference is Politics from the Margins. Papers and panels may be on any topic within the remit of the group. They will be considered on merit and their fit with other proposals submitted. We especially welcome submissions that reflect the diversity of the profession and those researching the Global South. We also highly encourage submissions from early career researchers and PhD students. Please note this is a hybrid conference – some events will take place on site, remotely, or in a hybrid environment.

To celebrate the establishment of TIP, there will be a launch event at the conference in York. There will also be hybrid coffee breaks, where those attending virtually will be able to socialise and network via video link.

Conference Timeline:

• 15th November 2021: Registration Opens (Early Bird Fees)
• 24th January 2022: Early Bird Registration Ends
• 8th February 2022: Deadline for Paper-Givers to Register
• 11th April – 13th April 2022: PSA Annual International Conference
