2022 Kick-off Meeting

This is a 3-hour event on 3rd March to formally launch TIPs 2022 activity and to discuss next steps! 3 March 2022 | 2pm to 4pm GMT | Online (Zoom) To start 2022 off with a bang, we would like to invite you all to our first TIP online event. The specialist group was informally launched just three months ago, but already 145 new members have joined our group. We are in the first steps of planning several interesting workshops and conferences in 2022, but we want to take the opportunity to hear more from you about what events you’d like to see. We are therefore organising an “Open Forum” event on March 3rd, 2022 from 2pm to 4 pm. At this meeting you will have a chance to meet other TIP members, learn more about our planned activities for 2022 and provide input into TIP’s agenda for 2022.

• 2:10 pm – 2:25 pm – ??Interactive networking: Your chance to meet fellow members of TIP in breakout rooms

• 2:35 pm – 2:45 pm – ?TIP Website Launch: Presentation of our new platform, its features, and how we hope our members can engage in genuine and accessible dialogues outside of the usual conference/online events format

• 2:45 pm – 3 pm – ? Our Event schedule: A helpful session for what 2022 events we hope to run in the future.

• ☕ 5 Min coffee break

• 3:05 pm – 3:45 pm – ? Feedback session: What would you like to see TIP spending its tome on in the future. What events would you like to see? What do you want to get out of the network? In what other ways should members be involved?

• 3:45 pm – 4 pm – ?? What’s Next?: A quick takeaway session with points and next-steps summarised by the committee
